Organizational Development and Human Resources (MA)
Organizational Development and Human Resources is a Master's degree programme which is studied alongside work via self-study, attendance-based blocks and project work. During the degree programme, students draw on practical and relevant examples from their professional experience.
The aim of the degree programme is to provide students with methods to improve their skills in organizational development and human resources. Theoretical aspects are directly linked with practical examples, enabling students to master new tasks in their professional environment. Research elements help students gain a better understanding of organizational structures and improve their analysis and reflection skills.
The degree programme focuses on practical application, relating to individual professional experience.
Formal admission requirements are a successfully completed degree at a university or a university of applied sciences and at least one year of professional experience after completing the degree. If the formal admission requirements are fulfilled, a selection interview will decide on admission to the course.
